Update on Married Life:

Ok - So here is the deal. I really wanted to start this update with some of my favorite wedding pictures but I can not get anything to upload right now. It is so retarded. So, for those of you hoping that is what this update was going to be I am sorry, you may want to stop reading at this point. For those of you who would like to see wedding pictures but who would also like to know how things are going in our life (because it is OUR life now :D) keep reading....

As you all know our wedding was two weeks ago tomorrow, May 30. I was so pleased with how everything went at the wedding. I don't think there is one single thing that I would change. Not one. When I say that some people say "Even the kiss?" All I can say is that I think it was perfect for us. I am not one who likes a lot of "PDA" (Public display of affection) and I think that it was just really sweet. For those of you who were hoping to see us make-out on the stage,
1) Weirdo!
2) To bad so sad. ;)

Ok - by to what I was saying... I don't think there is one single thing that I would change. I was so happy with it all and I feel like the Lord was truly honored in the ceremony as well as our families and that was the goal that I had. I also feel like the gospel message was beautifully portrayed which is something that was important to Britt and I. I am so thankful to the Lord for the awesome dads that he has given us. What and honor to have them a part of the ceremony the way that they were. We are truly blessed.

After all the wedding festivities Britt and I decided that we would not leave for our Honeymoon until Monday. I am so glad that we made that decision. It was fun to be in our apartment Sunday afternoon-evening and to open all of the gifts that we got at the wedding.

Monday morning we headed out for San Antonio, Texas and we had a blast! We both feel like we picked the perfect place (for us) to go. We could do as much as we wanted or keep it as low key as we wanted. It was perfect. Some of the highlights of our trip were: The River Walk (of course), the great Mexican Food, Schilterbahn (Worlds largest water park), the Alamo, the River Center Mall and the Outlet Malls.

Now we are home, we have been for almost a week now. It does not seem like a whole week at all. We hit the ground running for sure when we got back. We went to my brother Jonathan's graduation party the night we got home, had church the next day and then on Monday I had a job interview. I had interviewed at this place before for a different position that they filled but apparently they knew this position was opening up and thought it would be a good fit for me. So, I went in on Monday morning and they hired me right there on the spot. I started work Tuesday morning and now here I am. It truly was a blessing for sure! Perfect timing. God had it all worked out! If you want to know more about my job give me a call or something... I think that it will be good, a challenge for me in some ways but good at the same time.

Now, today is Friday and the weekend in almost here! I look forward to the weekends, I always have, but I think I do even more now because I know I get to spend them with Britt! :) A couple friends are coming over for Dinner tomorrow night which should be really fun. It will be a good weekend all together and I am really looking forward to it.

I hope all it well with all of you and that you have a great weekend as well. I promise to post pictures as soon as I can so just hold your horses! ;)

Love!
